MultiChoice is a South African company that operates DStv, a major satellite television service in Sub-Saharan Africa and GOtv, a minor service operating in over 9 countries of this area, and the Showmax streaming service.

The solution uses RPA to log into each country’s call centre system every 30 minutes to extract performance stats. The info is collated by the bot in Excel where it is graphed and summarised into a single snapshot image, which the bot sends to a WhatsApp group where the managers can monitor and action accordingly.
